  Gott's Custom Floors has done a fantastic job of taking care of our clients over the past 6+ years, whether it was shower tile, backsplash or flooring. They've always gone above and beyond to make sure the client is happy at the end of every job. Additionally, Robert recently stepped up to help a friend in need that got burned by a big box store installer by sending his crew, almost immediately, to help get them out of a bind. I highly recommend using Gott's Custom Floors!

  Could not have been more impressed with the customer service and job that Gotts flooring did! Robert, the owner was extremely helpful and communicated better than anyone I’ve ever dealt with, and that is no exaggeration! We were in a huge bind and were on a short timeframe and Robert made it happen! He responded swiftly to my inquiries and helped with a problem that was even outside his purview. I would recommend Gotts custom floors to everyone every time!!!

  Gotts is a really wonderful business with a huge inventory of tile and flooring. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will take all my tile and flooring needs to Gotts.
